Joe Mangiacotti President | Cameo Business Capital Joe Mangiacotti brings more than four decades of entrepreneurial, financial, real estate, media, marketing and business-development experience to Cameo Business Capital. An entrepreneur and business owner for most of his professional life, Joe understands that access to capital can often be the difference between a good idea and a growing business. He also understands the challenges business owners face because he has spent much of his career on their side of the desk—building companies, developing new ventures, managing operations, creating revenue opportunities and navigating the realities of running a business. A Background in Finance and Real Estate Joe's involvement in real estate dates back to 1984 and has included experience as a Realtor, real estate investor and property owner. His financial-services background also includes mortgage origination, where he gained firsthand experience working with borrowers, evaluating financing needs and helping clients navigate lending options. Over the years, his work has brought him into contact with both established financial institutions and entrepreneurial lending operations, providing him with a broad perspective on how individuals and businesses approach financing. That experience helped shape a philosophy that remains central to Cameo Business Capital today: financing should begin with understanding the borrower, the business and the objective—not simply trying to fit every client into the same lending product. An Entrepreneur Helping Entrepreneurs Joe is President of Cameo Development, Inc., a privately held company with interests spanning media, marketing, professional services, financial services and real estate. Through its various business interests, Joe has experienced many of the same questions his clients face: How do you finance growth? How do you manage cash flow? When does an investment in equipment, property, marketing or expansion make sense?
